    Section A — Required Deposits

    Your money does two things at once: it owns and it earns.

    Two deposits make you an owner-member, not just a customer. Associate Members start with a Savings Wallet and Purchase Wallet instead. See the Associate Member entry tier.

    A.1 — Share Capital

    Your seat at the table.

    ₱20,000 minimum
    What it is
    Your ownership stake in the cooperative. What makes you an owner, not a customer.
    What it earns
    Dividends, declared at the General Assembly based on the cooperative's annual surplus.
    Payment options
    May be paid in full upon membership, or in installments per coop policy.
    When you can withdraw
    Upon withdrawal of membership, in accordance with the bylaws and applicable cooperative laws.
    Why it matters: Share capital is the difference between a member and a customer.
    A.2 — Regular Savings

    The safety net beneath your family.

    ₱1,000 minimum to earn interest
    What it is
    A liquid savings account inside the cooperative. The money is yours, accessible to you, and growing.
    What it earns
    Interest, set by the cooperative's board based on prevailing financial conditions and member benefits.
    Withdrawals
    Available anytime, fully digital.
    Why it matters: The money that meets emergencies, school fees, and small dreams.
    Section B — Loan Products

    When life calls for capital, your cooperative answers.

    Available to Members in Good Standing. Reviewed for purpose, capacity, and relationship. Member-friendly. Never predatory.

    B.1 — Business Loan

    The first ₱10,000 of capital.

    Who it is for
    Members starting or growing a livelihood: a sari-sari store, a tricycle, a small farm, a buy-and-sell, a service venture.
    What it funds
    Inventory, equipment, working capital, expansion.
    Eligibility
    Member in Good Standing.
    Terms
    Member-friendly. Specific rates, ceilings, and tenors are governed by loan policy and disclosed in simple words at application.
    Application
    Fully digital, with optional support from your Coop Outlet officer.
    Why it matters: The first ₱10,000 of capital is often the difference between an idea and an income.
    B.2 — Personal Loan

    When unexpected life happens.

    Who it is for
    Members facing tuition, medical expenses, family emergencies, or planned personal needs.
    What it funds
    Tuition, hospital bills, family emergencies, planned personal needs.
    Eligibility
    Member in Good Standing.
    Terms
    Member-friendly. Specific rates, ceilings, and tenors are governed by loan policy and disclosed in simple words at application.
    Application
    Fully digital, with optional support from your Coop Outlet officer.
    Why it matters: An unexpected hospital bill should not force a family to choose between health and dignity.
    Eligibility for both loan products requires Member in Good Standing status.
    Section C — Member Services

    When tragedy comes (and it will), you do not stand alone.

    C.1 — Bayanihan Mutual-Aid Bereavement Assistance

    Cash assistance and coordinated community support when a member loses an immediate family member, or when a member passes.

    • For every member and their immediate family
    • Fully digital filing. Minimal documentation
    • A funeral should never become a debt. Bayanihan ensures it never does.

    C.2 — Accidental Insurance

    Coverage when a member is injured or incapacitated due to an accident.

    • Defined accidental injury and related benefits, per coverage policy
    • For every active member
    • Fully digital filing through your Coop Outlet or member portal
    • The cooperative absorbs the shock so the member can heal.
