We do not try to engineer reciprocity. We trust the One who multiplies loaves to do the multiplying.
03 Place a member's dignity above every other concern.
A member is never just a number, a credit score, or an account ID. They are a person.
04 Use technology to serve our members, never to discipline them.
If a digital tool creates friction for the member, we take the tool out.
05 Choose inclusion over exclusion.
When two paths are open to us and one welcomes more Filipinos in, we always take the more inclusive one.
06 Build for forever, not just for today.
We say no to short-term shortcuts that would weaken the cooperative's chance to stand for generations.
07 Keep the books open and the words simple.
A grandmother in a barangay should be able to understand any term we publish.
08 Show up the moment tragedy comes.
When a member is burying a loved one, the cooperative is there before the third family member even arrives.
09 Honor bayanihan, always.
We will never let a Filipino stand alone.
10 Honor the founders by outliving them.
Every generation must inherit a cooperative that is stronger than the one before it.
