Pay It Forward Marketing Cooperative (CDA Reg. 9520-06002367) operates this platform for its members under Republic Act No. 9520 (Cooperative Code of the Philippines). By creating an account or transacting, you agree to the terms below.

Membership

Membership is granted after completion of the applicable Pre-Membership Orientation (Associate) or Pre-Membership Education Seminar (Regular), submission of required documents, and approval by the Membership Committee and/or Board of Directors. The 10% ownership cap in Share Capital is enforced at the time of subscription.

Wallets

Each wallet operates under its own rules: Savings (interest-bearing with classification-based minimums), Purchase (immediately spendable at outlet POS), Credit (classification-bound limits and repayment terms), Share Capital (non-withdrawable during active membership).

Classification

Member classification (D, C, B, A, MIGS) is auto-detected by the cooperative's rules engine. MEMCOM may override classifications with documented cause. Class D members retain Share Capital arrears and reactivation paths.

Audit and retention

All financial records are immutable and retained in accordance with CDA regulations and RA 10173 retention rules.
