Pay It Forward Marketing Cooperative processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and your rights as a data subject.

Data we collect

• Contact and identity information (name, address, phone, email, government ID).
• Membership details (classification, beneficiaries, share capital record).
• Financial transactions across Savings, Purchase, Credit, and Share Capital wallets.
• Device and session metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps) for audit and security.

How we use it

Member services, regulatory reporting to the Cooperative Development Authority, fraud prevention, and audit trail preservation. PII is encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data at any time. Consent withdrawal flips your record to retention-only and prevents further active processing.
