Pay It Forward Marketing Cooperative (PIFMCoop) is registered with the Cooperative Development Authority under CDA Reg. 9520-101300038273 and operates under Republic Act No. 9520 — the Philippine Cooperative Code. Every financial decision here is made for the benefit of members, not outside shareholders.
Who decides what
General Assembly
All Regular members in good standing. Highest authority of the cooperative. Sets policy, approves audit reports, and elects the Board.
Board of Directors (BOD)
Elected by the General Assembly. Approves Bayanihan Assistance activities, signs off on membership reclassifications, and ratifies financial policy.
Membership Committee (MEMCOM)
Conducts quarterly classification reviews, reviews appeals, and issues the overrides that fall outside the automated classification engine.

- Retail at member-owned outlets. FMCG, farm produce and inputs, coop-branded goods, and local products — priced for members first.
- Over-the-counter financial services. Savings deposits and withdrawals, Share Capital contributions, credit repayment, and Purchase top-ups — walk in, no appointment needed.
- Bayanihan Assistance Program. Community assistance debited per BOD resolution, capped at ₱10 per activity, gated by published eligibility rules.
How we handle your money and data
Every financial movement is recorded in an immutable ledger. Corrections are new reversing entries — no row is ever edited after commit. The classification engine, wallet limits, and Share Capital arrears counter are all testable and auditable in code.
Personal data is handled under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). PII is encrypted at rest, transmitted over TLS 1.3, and every consent event — grant, change, or withdrawal — is logged with timestamp, IP, and user agent. Our Data Protection Officer is listed on the contact page.
