    Before you apply

    Attend one session. Membership follows.

Under RA 9520, every prospective member must complete the pre-membership session appropriate to their tier. It’s short, concrete, and gives you the whole picture of how PIFMCoop handles your money before you commit a single peso.

    For Associate applicants

    PMO — Pre-Membership Orientation

A one-evening orientation explaining how Associate membership works: the Savings and Purchase wallets, how outlets work, and what the Bayanihan Assistance Program is. No Share Capital obligation is discussed.

    • Typically 90 minutes
    • Any PIFMCoop outlet, or online
    • PMO certificate issued on completion
    Apply as Associate
    For Regular applicants

    PMES — Pre-Membership Education Seminar

A more detailed seminar covering Share Capital subscription, the classification ladder (D through MIGS), patronage refunds, voting rights, and the 10% ownership cap. Required before Regular membership approval.

    • Typically a half-day
    • Hub or Store outlets, or online
    • PMES certificate issued on completion
    Apply as Regular

    Upcoming session schedule

Sessions are hosted monthly at each outlet and on a rolling online calendar. The full calendar will appear here as the cooperative publishes it. In the meantime, message us and we’ll place you in the next session that fits your region.
